The weather doesn’t seem to have understood yet that it is spring and what is there better than enjoying a warming bowl of apple pumpkin noatmeal on a rainy day?
Yes, NOatmeal – this means that this oatmeal is gluten free and paleo because it doesn’t contain any oats or grains.
Nevertheless, it is one of the creamiest oatmeals I have ever enjoyed. It is very rich and filling and also a balanced meal full of crabs, fats, protein and fibre and will probably keep you full for a long time!

Apple pumpkin noatmeal
- 40 g pumpkin sauce/Kürbispüree
- 1 teaspoon flax meal/Leinmehl
- 15 g almond flour/Mandelmehl
- 25 g ground almonds/gemahlene Mandeln
- 25 g ground chufa/Erdmandelmehl
- 10 g coconut flour/Kokosmehl
- 10 g white almond butter/weißes Mandelmus
- 1 apple/Apfel
- cinnamon, clove powder, vanilla/Zimt, Nelkenpulver, Vanille
Cut up the apple and put all ingredients into a pan, add 200ml of water or almond milk and let it simmer. Depending on the desired consistency you will need more liquid which you just add and stir in.
Fill into a bowl and top with whatever you like... add some more nut butter or some fresh fruit, for example./Den Brei in eine Schüssel füllen und nach Lust und Laune Toppings daraufgeben. Ich liebe Nussmus und frische Früchte darauf.
