I’m very passionate about fitness and think that movement is part of a healthy lifestyle. I love to share this motivation and inspire other people. As a certified fitness trainer I am able to help other people to get fit, healthy, loss some weight or gain some. I can help them to achieve physique goals as well as strength goals.
I am especially interested in female training and how hormones and mental well being play a role in it. I think it is very important for woman to love and embrace their bodies and make the best version of themselves and learn how to feel happy and confident in their body.
