Nutrition is one of the most important factors when it comes to hormonal (and overall) health.
There are a lot of foods you can incorporate into your normal diet that are beneficial for supporting normal hormone function.

- 40 g almond flour/Mandelmehl
- 10 g coconut flour/Kokosmehl
- 50 g pumpkin or apple sauce/Apfelmark oder Kürbispüree or a mixture/oder eine Mischung
- 5 g collagen protein/Collagen Protein vegan: chose another protein powder or add more almond flour/ein anderes Proteinpulver wählen oder mehr Mandelmehl nehmen
- 1 teaspoon/TL maca/Maca optional for hormones/optional für die Hormone
- 10 g almond butter/Mandelmus
- 100 ml almond milk/Mandelmilch
- optional: sweetener/Süße
- chocolate chips or cacao nibs/Schokodrops oder Kakao nibs
Mix all ingredients apart from the chocolate chips on put those on top. So simple and quick it is!/Alle Zutaten außer den Schokodrops verrühren und diese dann draufgeben. So einfach und schnell geht es!
