November is over and I can’t wait to share my favourite exercises of the month again! This time I only chose booty exercises. Mostly due to the reason that that is where my focus is at right now. I’ve tried lots of different exercises and apart from the standard compound lifts, I did and enjoyed those five moves very often. Get ready for a serious glute burn!
